Hey! I’m Laura VanPamel, the owner and founder of Ash + Oak Intimate Artistry! I’m the one behind the camera, helping you see your true beauty. I live in Saint Clair Shores with my husband, my daughter, our two cats and our recent addition—a dog! I’m an artsy fartsy type who not only likes photography, but also loves macrame, watercolor, music, interior design, and crafts! My ideal day consists of coffee, a trip to Michaels, relaxing with a good book and a fancy candle, and snuggles on the couch with the fam.
But lets be honest, WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT?!
Most days you can find me in leggings, drinking cold coffee, chasing my tornado of a daughter around the house, cleaning up toys, posting in my VIP group, and adding to my never-ending to-do list!
I’m a big advacator for mental health, the Black Lives Matter movement, and self acceptance. I started this business to encourage and empower my clients to learn to love and accept the body they were given, and fight back against what society tells us we SHOULD be.
